Sunshine, Fire Jugglers and Dolphins

It seems like forever since Christmas- but I thought I'd share about my family vacation anyway.

Let's start with sunny Florida! We made it to Key West this year to meet up with my Aunts, Cousin, Grandma and Grandpa. We stayed on the Coast Guard base there and had so much fun...

We LOVE Mallory Square! It has great sunsets and the best street performers!

Can you see me watching?
Big Fire!
Here we are at the Eco Discovery Center inside an underwater lab
Christmas Eve on Duval Street with my new stuffed Toothless from Build a Bear!
Christmas Morning- stockings first of course!
Mom and I at the beach
After Key West we headed to my Mom's happy place- Sanibel Island. It is very peaceful there- we went to the beach every day and also rode bikes all over the island! My Great Grandma lives there and she is one of the best people I know! She has hundreds of different shells that she has collected from living there so long. My sister found lots and lots of sand dollars at the beach too!
Chilling in my "lounging hole"
Playing in the waves with Dad.
Can you tell I really like the waves?
On a boat searching for dolphins...
...found some!
Island stop!
Our whole crew (except my mom and auntie)

We got to see some exciting animals on our trip too: Lemurs, birds, and a gopher tortise!

Celebrating My Mom's bday
Helping my Mom blow out her candles.
Last day at the beach
I tried to stay awake on New Year's Eve- but didn't make it!
My Great Grandma Lois, brother, sister, and cousin
My Grandma Cheryl, brother, sister and cousin
Can't fit one more thing!
At the end of our really great trip- we had to drive home- it took 3 whole days! This is how we looked leaving my Great Grams!
Tucked in like sardines! Luckily we had some ipads!
I'm so glad we got to go on this vacation! It was AWESOME!
